Assessment & Progress Monitoring:

Assessment for Learning:
Design and implement assessments that inform instruction, monitor student progress, and identify areas for improvement. Use assessment data to plan future lessons and differentiate instruction.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
Valid teaching certification for the state of Wisconsin (or the ability to obtain certification).
Certification in Catholic religious education is preferred but not required.
Experience:
Ideally atleast 2 years of experience teaching at the elementary level, preferably in a Catholic school setting.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to integrate Catholic teachings and values into the curriculum.
Skilled in classroom management and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Knowledgeable about best practices in teaching and differentiated instruction.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and engage with families.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
