The Lead Footwear Designer / Industrial Designer will drive the creative vision for Koobz’s footwear innovations, blending technical expertise with artistic ingenuity. This role requires a forward-thinking designer who excels in developing concepts that push the boundaries of performance, sustainability, and style. Working at the intersection of design and engineering, the ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to translate cutting-edge ideas into market-ready products that stand out in a competitive landscape.
User-Centric Design: Balancing aesthetics, comfort, and performance in footwear concepts.
CAD & Rapid Prototyping Expertise: Working closely with 3D printing and knitting teams to ensure designs are both feasible and innovative.
Trend & Market Awareness: Keeping an eye on fashion, performance, and sustainability trends to drive product differentiation.
A strong portfolio showcasing footwear or sportswear designs, with a focus on performance or technical footwear.
Proven experience collaborating with manufacturing teams, particularly in 3D printing and knitting processes, to bring designs to life.
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-stage design processes, from concept sketches to final production, ensuring design integrity throughout.
