The Sterile Processing Lead is responsible for the oversight of technical staff to ensure the cleaning and decontamination of surgical instrumentation, equipment reassembly and wrapping of instrument sets, proper use of sterilizers, sonic cleaners and other related equipment. Also responsible for maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Required Qualifications:
National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association upon hire or,
National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire or,
National Certified Instrument Specialist - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association upon hire.
1 year - Previous experience in Sterile Processing Tech.
Prior leadership experience.
