Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health care, including clinical interviewing, assessments, and counseling for individuals, families, and groups. You will use established diagnostic criteria to assess clients' mental health, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress. The position requires the ability to respond effectively to psychiatric emergencies, facilitate crisis intervention, and make appropriate referrals for additional care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostic assessments for patients and their families to develop tailored treatment and recovery plans.
Participate in the intake process, gathering important family, social, employment, medical, and mental health history to inform treatment. Provide crisis intervention, case management, and referrals as needed.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to review cases, discuss clinical issues, monitor client progress, and recommend treatment adjustments.
Develop and implement individualized and group treatment plans to address mental, emotional, and family-related issues.
Provide ongoing clinical assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic support to clients and their families.
Maintain detailed and accurate clinical case histories to support diagnostic evaluations and track treatment progress.
Qualifications:

A Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field with an emphasis on family and individual therapy.
Required Licensure:

Must hold a current license in the state of Georgia. Eligible licensure includes:
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
Compensation Range:
$75,000.00 to $90,000.00 Annually
