Your Role:
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Social Worker, or Clinical Counselor, you will make a meaningful impact on individuals and families by providing expert mental health care. In this role, you'll:
Conduct clinical interviews and diagnostic assessments to develop effective treatment and recovery plans for individuals and families.
Participate in the intake process to gather detailed patient histories, including family, social, employment, medical, and mental health treatment information.
Deliver individual, family, and group counseling using evidence-based approaches.
Provide crisis intervention and coordinate referrals as needed.
Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to review client progress and refine treatment strategies.
Create and implement treatment plans to address mental, emotional, and family challenges.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation to track progress and inform treatment adjustments.
Evaluate patients for potential medication referrals and collaborate with prescribing providers.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling; Marital and Family Therapy; Social Work; Psychology; Clinical Psychology; Counseling Psychology; or a related field.
Licensure Requirements:
A current and valid license in the state of Georgia:
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
Compensation and Benefits:
Annual Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
