Job Description

A well-respected client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) . As the LNHA you will be tasked in overseeing the facility and ensuring that the highest quality of care is being conducted day in and day out.

Responsibilities of LNHA:

* To lead a team of 50-60 employees and manage 40+ beds.
* Provide leadership and guidance to all staff members.
* Able to enforce the regulations to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility.
* Create and maintain a budget.
* Hire staff and employees throughout all level inside the facility.

Experience:

* Bachelor's degree required preferred to be in healthcare
* No RN License needed
* LNHA License preferred or willing to get within the next year
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Minimum of 2+ years of administration experience preferred to be in long term care or nursing home settings.
* Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations
* Ability to work outside of normal operating hours as needed
* Preferred experience in managerial tasks
