Job Description
Interim HealthCare of Wilmington is now hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for pediatric school nursing case in Ash, NC New Hanover County!
- Monday through Friday (flexible weekdays)
- 6:45am-3:30pm
- Excellent Pay!
Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsibilities include:
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with the patient's needs
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to our RN
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
- Able to ride school bus with child
- Medication Management
Job Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) requirements include:
- Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) active license in the State of North Carolina
- Current CPR Certification
- Pediatric experience preferred
- One (1) year of experience in healthcare; home care, home health, hospital, and/or long-term care environment (preferred)
- Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
