Premier law firm seeks a junior to mid-level Litigation Attorney to join its Litigation Group in Los Angeles. The firm handles matters related to all stages of the business and real estate life cycles. This is an opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team and a firm with dynamic leadership from BIG LAW. What you'll do:

• Run cases from start to finish in collaboration with senior attorney

• Manage client relationships

• Serve as point of contact for opposing counsel

• Draft legal briefs

• Guide strategic decisions in complex litigation matters

• Manage and coordinate with partners, paralegals, and assistants on matters

• Manage multiple deadlines and tasks for various clients at once

• Assess legal risk for clients

• Research complicated legal questions

What you'll need:

• 3-6 years of commercial litigation experience and a JD from a top 100 law school. Exposure to intellectual property litigation, entertainment litigation, corporate disputes, and real estate litigation is a plus.

• Trial experience preferred

• Strong legal writing and research skills are a must

• Ability to manage multiple matters and stay on top of deadlines, strong organizational skills

• Ease in managing client relationships

• Able to supervise matters throughout the entire life cycle (pre-litigation counseling and handling litigation from inception through trial)

• Able to run cases and manage paralegals and assistants

• Positive attitude, team player, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys mentoring entry-level lawyers

Salary: 180-200k
