Live-in Housekeeper / GroundskeeperTeam to care for beautiful, private estate home on Philadelphia Main Line. Handle everyday tasks in a friendly, discreet and proactive manner.

The ability to multitask and provide excellent attention to detail is important to the family. Provide seamless operation of home to ensure all household needs are met efficiently. No cooking required since family does own cooking. Note: There are no children in the home.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Housekeeping
- Laundry
- Organize Closets
- Maintain Pantry and Order Supplies
- Gardening - Taking Care of the Grounds
- Household Maintenance - Basic Repairs
- Oversee Large Projects
- Security of Property
- Errands
- Vehicle Care - Detailing, Take in for Service-
- Event Planning and Hosting
- Pet Care - Must Love Animals
- Driving

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience Working on Private Estate, Yachts or Hotels
- Excellent, Verifiable References
- Energetic and Proactive
- Driver's License

WEEKLY SCHEDULE
4 hours per person, per day (average each week) = 28 hours per week

SALARY:
$60,000 - $65,000 per year
