Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing the movement of consumer durable goods across international borders. This position requires a deep understanding of global supply chain dynamics, customs regulations and logistics operations.

The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams, carriers and customs authorities to ensure the efficient and compliant transportation of goods on a global scale. 

Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:   
  • Manage end-to-end international logistics processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods 
  • Ensure all shipments comply with customs regulations and documentation is accurate and complete 
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with international carriers and freight forwarders 
  • Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists and customs declarations 
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs clearances and compliance documentation 
  • Work to minimize delays and disruptions, ensuring smooth logistics operations 
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers and service providers 
Logistics Coordinator Requirements:   
  • 1+ years of experience in logistics, preferably international   
  • Proficiency in using an ERP software tool  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners   
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
