We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team! About the Role:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be integral to streamlining our processes and enhancing customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for coordinating transportation, responding to customer inquiries, managing inventory, and developing efficient supply chain strategies. This role offers a unique blend of operational execution, problem-solving, and collaboration with internal and external partners.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper shipment movement.
Respond to customer inquiries and direct clients to the appropriate channels.
Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy.
Arrange special shipping as needed.
Track and resolve shipping errors.
Prepare bills and invoices.
Manage distribution and shipment budgets.
Ensure service quality meets required standards.
Develop processes to improve supply chain efficiency and organization.
Monitor the operational aspects of ocean and air departments.
Ensure daily import operations adhere to client procedures and instructions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, service providers, and partners (shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, etc.).
What You'll Need:

2+ years of experience preferred.
Knowledge of the CargoWise system is highly desirable.
Experience in ocean import/export and air import/export is a plus.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal).
Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent customer service and client relations skills.
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office programs.
Self-driven and detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and operate under pressure.

Competitive salary ($45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience).
