Position Summary:
We are seeking proactive and professional Event Production Assistants to support the execution of high-quality events taking place April 10 - 13, 2025 . This temporary role offers flexible shift options and requires detail-oriented, adaptable individuals who can efficiently manage various tasks. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and a strong commitment to teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Office Setup: Organize and prepare the production office, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
• Inventory Management: Conduct inventory checks, prepare materials, and ensure all items are event-ready.
• Graphics & Décor Placement: Assist with the placement of signage, graphics, and decorations to meet event specifications and standards.
• Furniture Moving: Occasionally assist with moving and arranging furniture to support event setups.
• Offsite Errands: Complete errands as needed, such as picking up event materials or supplies.
• Professional Presentation: Maintain a polished and professional appearance during events and when representing Fierce Staffing.
• Timely Communication: Ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication with the Fierce Staffing management team regarding tasks, updates, and issues.

Shift Needs:

• April 10 - 13, 2025
• Times TBD - Flexibility Preferred 
• Car and Valid Drivers License a Plus 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event production, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move furniture or heavy items as needed.
• Reliable transportation for offsite errands.
• Ability to dress professionally and present a polished appearance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work the scheduled shift options during the specified event dates.
