Grubbs Volvo Houston has a great opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as Luxury Finance and Insurance Manager (F&I) at our newly remodeled dealership. The Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager coordinates all activities regarding finance and insurance for our valued customers, which includes working to help customers obtain financing, preparing all associated documentation, and selling extended service contracts and additional protection products. He or she ensures all deals are done promptly and according to all legal requirements and dealership policies. The F&I Manager will be responsible for preparing and ensuring the accuracy of legal documents, selling products and services to new and used vehicle customers, and enhancing the customer experience while achieving maximum profitability.
The ideal candidate has a degree in Finance or a related field and two or more years of finance and insurance experience. Candidates must have a positive attitude, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, strong business acumen and sales aptitude, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world-class customer service.
