Job Title: Mammography Technologist

Location: Minnetonka, Minnesota

Salary: $35.31 $52.97 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 4:00 PM | 8-Hour Day Shifts

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Mammography Technologist for a permanent, full-time day shift position in Minnetonka, MN. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-focused environment while operating advanced imaging equipment and delivering high-quality mammographic care. This position is ideal for a skilled technologist who values accuracy, professionalism, and patient privacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mammography exams and imaging procedures accurately and efficiently
• Apply critical thinking and respond appropriately to emergent situations
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all customer medical records
• Operate imaging and computer systems per company protocols
• Perform and maintain regulatory compliance with quality assurance testing
• Uphold privacy standards and follow the organizations Corporate Code of Conduct
• Interact professionally with patients and team members

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology and Mammography required
• State licensure in Minnesota (if applicable)
• Minimum 1 year of mammography experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance protocols
• Excellent communication, organization, and technical skills
