The Opportunity
As part of the Design Engineering and Capabilities Services team you are expected to work in a managed services environment providing application support, with knowledge on IT Service Management (ITSM) process. As a Senior Associate you are responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining top standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations and growing your personal brand and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities
- Providing application support in a managed services environment
- Utilizing knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
- Analyzing complex problems and providing solutions
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members
- Maintaining exceptional standards in deliverables
- Building and nurturing client relationships
- Developing a deeper understanding of business contexts
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality work

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
- Working in managed services environment providing application support
- Demonstrating experience with Java 8 or Python design and development
- Understanding complex customization and business process
- Demonstrating significant experience using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
- Demonstrating experience building Microservices REST API
- Demonstrating experience with Knative, Docker, and container orchestration tools
- Demonstrating experience with Kafka and Apache NiFi
- Demonstrating experience with database design and query of Relational and NoSQL datastores
- Designing and developing large scale distributed data processing systems

The salary range for this position is: $58,000 - $161,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
