As a Manager, Project Manager you will:
Work on medium to large-scale complex, cross-departmental projects that have a direct impact on the company
Drive cross-functional projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed; manage complex up and downstream project impacts.
Plan, design, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery. This activity includes management through feasibility, design, planning and implementation.
Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
Build and update operations market research and competitive sets to benchmark program
Work closely with operations teams to identify network wide areas of opportunity
Collaborate cross functionally with Business Development and Design teams to develop new programming and initiatives
Drive network operations and program strategy
Identify and develop strategic network partnerships to enhance programmatic offerings
Identify ways to improve and streamline business process
Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
Display strong consulting and collaboration skills
Collaborate with Lounge Development and Design & Construction on all new lounge launches
Demonstrate that they can improve processes and deliver well managed and scalable solutions and intent resulting in flawless and sustainable execution
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
Traveling up to 35%
Basic Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree or Military experience
At least 5 years of Project Management experience or hospitality industry experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
At least 7+ years of Project Management experience
At least 4+ years experience achieving results with projects
At least 2+ years of People Management experience
