MIAMI (then NYC) + travel: **Norland-trained Nanny (B5 & G3.5 years)  Feb start $$$$ (J1 visa supplied - restrictions apply, see below)

~ Location: Miami (moving to New York late spring early summer) + international travel

~ Driver: Confident driver with clean license required

~ Salary: Top salary plus 1 paid for flight home per year

Lovely clients are looking for an experienced and organised, **Norland Nanny** (or equivalent – but for visa purposes the nanny **must** have training similar to Norland) for their two children; B (b. March 2020) & G (b. 2021). This is a live-in position which will start in Miami before the family relocates to New York.

~ Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07.00 to 19.00 and predominantly sole charge.

The family is looking for an enthusiastic, happy, kind and energetic nanny who is organised and flexible. The nanny should give the children a fun and happy childhood, while at the same time encouraging good manners, respectful and kind behaviour. The family currently employ a Norland Nanny who has been with them for 2 years and is now coming to the end of her visa, they love the Norland ethos, hence their desire for another Norlander.

The children are both independent, happy and easy going. The little boy is very sporty and the little girl loves art and creative activities as well as singing, dancing and swimming. They are in very good routines. When the family move to New York, both children will be at school full time. They will go to different schools and so the nanny will be needed to help with school drop off. As long as all nanny duties are complete there may be the opportunity for some time off during the day for the nanny to go to the gym etc. during term time if they would like to.

The nanny will be responsible for all nursery duties as well as cooking, shopping and laundry/ironing etc. for the children along with occasional household errands. The ideal candidate will be interested in food &nutrition and be able to and interested in cooking healthy nutritious food for the children. The little girl has some health issues and is on a very strict diet which includes no dairy and daily medication. The nanny will also often accompany the little girl to her doctor’s appointments.

The family has small Cavapoo, so applicants must be OK with family pets.

The family currently live in Miami and will be moving to New York late spring/early summer this year. Accommodation is a bedroom and ensuite bathroom in the main house.

A driver is required, the nanny will need to be happy to drive in the US and must have a clean driver's license if requiring the J1 visa.

There will be travel in the role, locations include Europe and the UK. The nanny will occasionally be required to proxy parent if the parents are travelling with the children.

==== NB: to adhere to the strict, American visa laws, applicants **must** meet the requirements for a J1 visa (or have a US passport/Green card). J1 visa applications require the nanny to be between 18 and 26 years-old, and we will only be responding to candidates who fit all the client requirements. ====
