Welcome to St. Francis Indian School AKA Sicangu Oyate Ho Inc.! We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an ISS Monitor for our middle school students. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and contribute to their academic and personal growth.
As an ISS Monitor, you will be responsible for supervising students who have been assigned to In-School Suspension (ISS) due to behavioral issues. Your role is crucial in maintaining a safe and productive learning environment for all students. You will work closely with teachers and administrators to ensure that ISS students are completing their assignments and following school rules.
The ideal candidate for this position is patient, empathetic, and firm. You should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with students of varying backgrounds. Experience working with middle school students is preferred, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
