Pay: Up to $24.00/Hour
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus
$1.00/hr. Shift Differental

Classification: Non-Exempt/Hourly
POSITION SUMMARY:
The candidate will require a minimum of 1 year experience or attended a trade school for welding mild or structural steel using gas metal arc welding (GMAW/ MIG) and flux cored arc welding (FCAW) welding methods. The ability to weld in at least one of the following weld positions is a must (flat, horizontal, and vertical), while experienced in welding fillet or butt weld joints. Weld test will be required.
RELATED JOB FUNCTIONS:
Proficient use of basic hand tools such as grinder, cut-off wheel, and magnetic drill
Ability to accurately read and interpret a tape measure (test will be required)
Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
Some overhead crane experience is a plus
Ability to lift and maneuverer metal components a minimum of 50 lbs
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Flexibility to work in other related departments as required
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
1+ year of on-the-job experience welding using GMAW or FCAW welding methods
Attended a welding trade school and completed program
Salary based on experience.
SIGN ON BONUS
There will be a sign on bonus offered in the amount of $1,500.00.
After 30 days of employment a $750.00 pay out will be given.
The remainder $750.00 will be paid out after employee reaches their 90 days.
