Details:

We are looking for a Modern Wellness Coach to drive sales and client success. In this role, you will be at the desk, reaching out to leads, or with new customer taking them through their visit, with a big focus on sales and converting them to members.

Your focus will be on understanding each customer’s wellness journey, guiding them towards the right services, and ensuring they have the support they need throughout their experience. You’ll educate clients on our cutting-edge wellness services (Cryotherapy, PEMF, Red-Light, Body Sculpting, Infrared Sauna, Dry Salt, and more), while handling sales follow-ups, generating word-of-mouth referrals, and managing membership usage. Your role is essential to client retention, fostering relationships, and facilitating seamless onboarding.

This part-time position requires 15-30 hours per week, typically distributed over 3-5 working days. Shifts are scheduled between 9 am - 7 pm or 9 am - 4 pm, with flexibility for 5-hour shifts or full-day options. Availability for 3-5 shifts per week, Monday through Sunday.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience with a focus on customer conversion and retention
• Strong ability to handle difficult conversations, set goals, prioritize work, and drive business performance
• Exceptional leadership qualities, with a focus on client success and engagement
• Experience in customer-facing roles with a successful track record in sales and high-level administrative tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CRM software with at least 2+ years of experience
• 2+ years of experience in inbound lead generation
• 2+ years of experience in coaching or mentoring individuals one-on-one
• 4+ years in Sales
