Extreme Loans in Southfield is hiring experienced and licensed loan officers! We are hiring for both refinance pros and top producing purchase loan officers. As the preferred lender for 5 of the top real-estate agencies in Michigan we have fresh leads coming in daily!!

Responsibilities:

• Help guide clients through the entire mortgage application process.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients as you gather the necessary documentation to file and close on their loan.
• Provide exceptional customer service during every step of the loan process.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to keep your skills sharp and stay update on industry best practices.
• Advise borrowers on their financial status and payment methods.
• Achieve and surpass all goals and assigned objectives.
• Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans.
• Make every effort to help resolve client issues.

Qualifications

• NMLS License is required. 
• At least 1 year of demonstrated success in a sales environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. 
• Must be comfortable building rapport with clients over the phone.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and comprehend complex financial data and provide financial alternatives
• Professional and effective interpersonal skills
• Must be coachable and willing to learn new things.
