Position: Mortgage Loan Officer (Fully Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

Advise borrowers on their financial options and suitable payment methods.
Guide clients through the loan application process with clarity and support.
File loan applications along with all necessary supporting documents.
Develop and maintain referral networks to identify potential loan prospects.
Address customer complaints and take prompt action to resolve any issues.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in finance, banking, or related fields is essential.
Familiarity with financial and lending practices.
Strong ability to build rapport with clients and establish lasting relationships.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual in Korean and Chinese is a plus (optional).
