Key Responsibilities:

Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with real estate agents, builders, and other industry professionals to generate leads and grow your business.
Guide Clients Through the Process: Help clients from initial inquiry to closing, providing expert guidance and support as they navigate the mortgage application process.
Consult with Clients: Offer tailored advice on mortgage options, helping clients select the best loan products for their needs.
Analyze Financials: Review and analyze clients' financial details and credit histories to assess eligibility for mortgage loans.
Manage Your Pipeline: Effectively manage a dynamic pipeline of loan applications, ensuring timely follow-ups and providing excellent customer service at every stage.
Ensure Compliance: Ensure all loan applications meet federal and state regulations and comply with industry standards.
Prepare Documentation: Submit all necessary documents for loan approval and processing, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in self-sourcing mortgage lending business or similar financial services.
A strong understanding of mortgage loan products, processes, and industry standards.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with a passion for helping clients.
Ability to analyze financial data and credit histories to assess loan eligibility.
Experience using mortgage loan origination systems and technology.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a self-driven approach.
Ability to manage a self-sourced pipeline and work independently in a remote setting.
