Job Title: Multi-Platform Editor - WFXT TV
WFXT TV is looking for a Multi-Platform Editor/Videographer to join the Boston 25 News team!
If you are a skilled video editor with an eye for composition and an ear for sound but want to grow into a multi-skilled content creator, WFXT Boston 25 wants to talk to you.
In this job, you will work with producers and reporters to edit video that will air across 13 hours of daily news coverage on-air. You will also work with our digital content center to create material for our streaming channels, website, news/weather apps, and social media platforms.
You will also have the opportunity to train as a videographer, with the goal of being able to go out into the field to gather and create content for our linear and digital platforms.
The successful candidate must be organized, self-motivated, possess excellent people skills, deadline oriented, have a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude, you must also be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
