Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a fun and professional part-time staff member to help administer our music school Rogers School of Music in Rogers, MN. This staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.

The desired time commitment for this position is Monday and Tuesday evenings 3-9pm and possible weekends. Looking for candidates who are 18+ years old.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Greeting students arriving for lessons and ensuring that teachers stay on schedule
• Responding to scheduling-related phone calls and emails from students and families
• Interfacing with teachers to help them manage their student schedules
• General administrative tasks as needed

The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in music and music education would be an asset.

Pay will be commensurate with experience. A 401(k) with company matching is available to all of our employees after 3 months on the job.

This posting is for Rogers School of Music in Rogers, MN, our NW Minneapolis location. Since 1998, Rogers School of Music prides ourselves on providing fun, personalized, and professional music education to hundreds of students of all skill levels in a positive and welcoming environment. We are the largest music school in the Twin Cities and teach voice, piano, violin, guitar, drums, and a handful of other instruments, and maintain an enrollment of over 500 weekly students.
