Nurse Manager – Endoscopy Suite
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19104
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience)

Our client, a leading hospital in the Philadelphia area, is seeking an experiencedNurse Manager for the Endoscopy / GI Suite. This position is ideal for a seasoned Registered Nurse with a background in endoscopy or procedural care who excels in leadership, operations, and team development. The Nurse Manager will oversee daily clinical operations, manage staff performance, and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and care.
This role requires a hands-on leader who fosters collaboration, drives clinical excellence, and ensures compliance with hospital policies and quality benchmarks.
• Supervise and maintain the highest caliber of patient care and treatment within the Endoscopy/GI Suite.
• Direct, schedule, and evaluate the work of nursing and support staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Oversee unit budgets, staffing levels, and supply management to meet financial and clinical goals.
• Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives focused on patient satisfaction and safety outcomes.
• Foster a team culture built on accountability, compassion, and professional growth.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff, providing guidance and education as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and administrative leadership to optimize workflow and care coordination.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN required; Nursing Administration preferred).
• Active Pennsylvania RN license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including hospital-based clinical practice.
• Prior Endoscopy or GI experience strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership experience managing nursing staff or a clinical unit.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Base salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
