Nutritionist Ashburn, VA (Washington DC Metro Area)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Nutritionist for our integrative healthcare practice full time in Ashburn, VA (Metro Area-30 miles outside Washington DC). We are seeking a provider who is excited to work collaboratively with a growing team of like-minded practitioners that represent various facets of the complementary, integrative, and conventional health care community.

Our ideal candidate would be an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Practitioner, who has expertise in gut biology, food as medicine, and gets to the heart of whats going on with your clients, no matter what the signs, symptoms, or diagnosis.

About us:

Our vision is to build a premier multidisciplinary health care team of like-minded practitioners who are passionate about the mind-body relationship and its application across multiple healing modalities. Our services currently consist of psychological services, biofeedback, reiki, and mindfulness-based stress reduction with plans to grow our services over the next year. We have a beautifully decorated office with a healing atmosphere, great parking, and a central location.

Duties:
Patient evaluation/exam (teen to adults)
Diagnosis and Treatment Plan (diet and lifestyle plans)
Treatment of a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional conditions with the ability to tailor treatment to the unique needs of each client
Documentation/notetaking using electronic medical records, maintain client files
Scheduling patients
Client progress/reevaluation for effectiveness of treatment plans
Maintain safe and sanitary work environment
Patient education
Collaboration with other practitioners/providers, support staff

Requirements:
Nutritionist with experience in Integrative and Functional health
Knowledge of gut biology/pathology

Schedule:
Full time
Monday Friday with flexibility of schedule/day/hours (you set your own patient load/days/times worked)
