InGenesis is currently seeking Nutritionists to work with our client in New York, NY. In this role, you will be working in the NYS DOH’s Division of Nutrition.

Job Duties
· Plan and conduct food service evaluation at nutritional programs to assist in the promotion of health and control of disease.
· May supervise activities of a department providing quality food services, counsel individuals, or conduct nutritional research.
· Maintain CACFP funding from USDA by conducting mandatory administrative reviews for Sponsoring Organizations of Day Care Centers, conducting nutrition education, and implement childhood obesity prevention initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
· Degree in Nutrition or similar
· At least one year experience working in a similar role as a nutritionist/dietician
· Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work assignments
· Ability to be flexible, innovative, and work independently with minimal supervision and as a team member
· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
