Connect Staffing, Inc is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to fill an opening at cold storage facility in Mira Loma, Ca.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm

Requirements of the Office Administrator:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have prior experience (2-4 years experience in an office administration)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have knowledge of Windows and Outlook

Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:

• Scanning
• Assist with invoicing and matching packing list
• Assist with billing and occasional AP/AR
• Assists in the efficient running of the office by performing various clerical duties including processing of incoming mail, filing, answering phones and greeting and assisting visitors
• Replying to emails
• Assisting with driver check ins
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
