The Headlines :
In the role of Office & Shipping Coordinator working in Watertown, WI you will be part of the Operations Team . You will perform critical job functions such as customer service, operations support, arranging transportation,procurement and plant administration for the Watertown Hops Company.
This position requires a diverse set of skills focused in multiple areas and, thus, demands strong prioritization skills as well as communication, in particular written communication, capabilities.
This position reports to the Plant Chemical Engineer and works closely with other cross functional teams.

Pay and Benefits:
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $55,500.00- $72,900.00(posting salary range) + 5% target short term incentive + $23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
