Office Clerk

Job Requirements:

• The Office Clerk is responsible for checking in and out trailers and communicating with the drivers.
• Assigning trailer numbers to carrier loads efficiently.
• Uploading all yard checks, tarp jobs, and rail work throughout the day.
• Updating supervision and drivers on changes in loading schedule.
• Handling the paperwork and bills with outside carriers and preloads.
• Checking yesterday's uploads for errors and relaying those corrections to the home office.
• Keeping office clean and orderly.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

• Monday - Friday 6:00 am until end of shift (overtime may be required)
• Starting pay: $16.00/hour
• Weekly pay every Friday with direct deposit available.
• Benefits offered after 90 days of employment.

Must pass background check, drug screen and be 18 years or older.
