Adecco is currently searching for an experience Part Time Office Support Clerk. This position is a temporary to hire assignment. The Office Support Clerk will be responsible for providing assistance in meeting and greeting patrons, professional reception skills, ordering supplies, familiar with office equipment, providing assistance and direction to company website. Assignment Specific Responsibilities for the Office Support Clerk include the following but not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting patrons
- Professional reception skills
- Ordering supplies
- Performs Customer Service duties and support
- Familiar with office equipment
- Communicates effectively to ensure compliance with cross-team, peer to peer & company responsibilities
- providing assistance and direction to company website
Office Support Clerk candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- High School diploma required
- AA/AS is desired but not required
- Experience in office function support and data entry
- Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook preferred
- Experience in Customer Service preferred
- Knowledge of best practices, policies and procedures
- Strong problem solving abilities

**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
