Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Online Data Entry Operator to join our dynamic remote team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with excellent typing skills and a keen eye for accuracy. You'll be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms, ensuring efficiency and precision in every task.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data in multiple digital systems and databases.
Review and verify data for accuracy, ensuring completeness.
Protect the confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
Identify and resolve data entry errors in a timely manner.
Organize and store files to ensure easy access and retrieval.
Meet data entry quotas as assigned on a daily or weekly basis.
Follow established guidelines to maintain data quality standards.
Communicate effectively with supervisors to report progress and resolve any issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Additional computer certifications are a plus but not required.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
Familiarity with basic data entry tools or software.
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM).
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer/laptop.
Basic understanding of written and spoken English.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly pay: $15 - $20 per hour, based on experience.
