Position Summary
The Online Analyst is responsible for management and execution of optimal inventory levels for the Ecommerce distribution centers. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) timely replenishment of saleable and non-saleable products, shipment analysis and order processing. The Online Analyst supports the Manager and Online director in inventory optimization and data reporting.

Order Management & Execution 55%
Review shipment forecast based on latest estimate
Perform Sales & Inventory analysis for Basic, Launch and Gifts With Purchase
Analyze recommended order quantity and place optimal amount for each online distribution center
Upload orders into ordering system
Perform detailed review of out of stocks
Place Opening Order for new doors
Review and Analyze fill rates and customer service level
Follow up with distribution center on shortages
Follow up and communicate ETA on inventory status and back orders
Inventory Management 20%
Perform stock transfers as needed
Review Inventory discrepancy report
Project RTVs and work with ecommerce teams and GSI on execution and transfer of stock
Launch Management 15%
Review launches and release launch POs
Reporting 10%
Pull and send out backorder reports
Update back in stock status
Qualifications
3 years related experience
Strong math and analytical skills
Review and analysis of large data sets in Excel
Strong communication skills
Self-starter and ability to work independently
Knowledge of inventory models and metrics
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $64,350 to $93,250. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
