Weekend AM Shift - Fri-Sun 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes.
Strictly adhere to safety and quality standards to compete in a world-class manufacturing environment.
Monitor and adjust production processes to achieve efficient performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment or production issues promptly.
Requirements
Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred.
Strong mechanical competence and troubleshooting proficiency.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.
Ability to follow strict safety and operational procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical training preferred.
