Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
• Ability to provide test directions to groups of students (100+)
• Prepare and assemble testing room and testing material
• Ability to recall and enforce policy and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and security of testing materials
• Able to detect nuances of improper conduct or misuse of test materials
• Maintain a quiet and secure testing environment
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for our testing software (ExamSoft)
• Must be able to adapt well to change with policy and/or software updates
• Able to consistently demonstrate high quality customer service
• Maintain communication with the Assessment Coordinator regarding test administration
• Work independently and responsibly in the absence of supervision
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Testing Center

• Physical demands for this position include some light lifting and the ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, stoop, bend, push, pull, kneel, climb, use hands and fingers, and talk / hear for extended periods of time
• The work environment for this position includes typical office environment with no extremes in temperature, and noise
Expected Salary:
$15.00/hr
Minimum Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Customer Service.
• Ability to learn a new software program.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience proctoring or working in a classroom environment.
• Experience working with adult learners.
• Experience working in a helpdesk or tech support environment.
