Comprehensive Health Evaluation: Assess patients' physical and mental health conditions thoroughly.

Qualifications:

Valid California Board of Occupational Therapy license
CPR or BLS Certification
Recent physical and TB tests (within one year)
Driver's License or State ID
Registration with the National Registry of the American Occupational Therapy Association
Degree in occupational therapy
