Camp Wayne for Boys is seeking an Outdoor Adventure Director to manage all aspects of our Outdoor Education Program, including: High Ropes Course, Rock Wall/Zipline, Mountain Biking, Fishing, Archery, Overnight Camping, Campfires and Hiking. The Outdoor Adventure Director is responsible for scheduling the staff, maintaining and ensuring the safety of the ropes course, as well as giving feedback to the staff and teaching during the regularly scheduled activity periods.
This is a live-in seasonal role for Summer 2024. Private accommodations will be provided.
Dates for our Summer 2024 camp season are June 11 through August 15.
The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in the fields of Education/Outdoor Education, plus 5-10 years experience working with children/young adults.
