Outreach and Marketing Manager

Location: Colorado (Remote, Field, & Office-Based as Needed)
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Reports To: CEO

About the Role

As our Outreach and Marketing Manager, you'll play a crucial role in growing our presence and strengthening our relationships within the community. Your focus will be on developing new business opportunities, establishing strategic marketing partnerships, and ensuring that those in need of addiction treatment can access our services.

This role requires someone with a strong business development background, preferably in addiction treatment settings such as residential or outpatient programs. You'll work closely with our Clinical and Admissions teams to enhance brand visibility and drive high-quality lead generation.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and healthcare providers.
Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase awareness and patient referrals.
Collaborate with the Admissions team to track and improve lead generation efforts.
Promote our mission and brand to internal and external stakeholders.
Work with the website developer to update website content as needed.
Identify new partner facilities based on client needs and industry trends.
Assist in vetting potential partner facilities, including scheduling tours and meetings.
Foster and manage relationships with partner facilities alongside the CEO.
Maintain accurate records of new and existing referral sources in our database.
Ensure open and effective communication across all departments.
Other duties as assigned to support our mission.

What You Bring

Education: A 2-year degree (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
Experience: At least two years of current experience in Outreach/Business Development within an Outpatient Addiction Treatment Center.

✔ Skills:

Strong ability to build relationships and think outside the box to drive business growth.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain professionalism and boundaries with clients, staff, and partners.

Preferred: Experience in a supervisory role.

Requirements

Must be based in Colorado and able to travel for outreach efforts.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to pass a background check and UA screening.
