Respond flexibly at the reception site to maintain customers' satisfaction and experience; summarize the reception response plan after each reception and submit the reception report each time. Proactively learn about the introductions of scenic spots and regions involved in the inspection itineraries formulated by the company. Proactively and timely understand the local market situation, become the "all-round informant" of the company's Greek market, and fully grasp the market information related to food, accommodation, transportation, and daily necessities in Greece. Reserve excellent third-party resources for the company, and proactively search for cost-effective reception staff and tour guides to bring high-quality customer resources to the company.
