Owner Operator (Class A CDL Drivers with Trucks)

We are a medium sized trucking company (with about 50 trucks) looking to add a few more Owner Operators to our fleet.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Performing pre-trip and post trip inspections of your truck and trailer.
• Dropping and hooking trailers.
• No touch loading/unloading.
• Driving regional routes.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of CDL Class A experience.
• Clean driving record and valid medical card.
• Able to pass a drug test and all other DOT requirements.

Compensation:

80% of the load

Job details:

• Our trucks generate about $6,000-$8,500 in total gross revenue per week. 
• So our Owner Operators are taking home about $2500 to $4000 per week to the truck (after all deductions)
• We often run to the South and Southeast states with dedicated front hauls that are usually pre-loaded and very light, then we take brokered loads back to Houston. But our Owner Operators are free to run as they like. They usually run regional and are in the truck three nights per week.
