We're seeking a data-driven and tech-savvy Paid Search Manager to join our growing team and own our ads strategy. In this heavily compensated role, you will be leading all search engine PPC campaigns to achieve the ultimate goal—driving high-quality traffic and conversions that deliver strong ROAS. Working closely with our CEO, you'll be given full ownership of our SEM program, receiving resourcing and support while you collaborate with SEO experts and Business Analysts to ensure SEM strategies deliver on our business objectives.
You have a tenured background working for SaaS products running paid search strategies on subscription based revenue models, ideally within legal-tech or a similar domain. You have a decorated history implementing and scaling successful campaigns on Google Ads and Bing, you live and breath search ads strategy, and obsess over turning newly launched websites into top ranking cash-cows. You're extremely technical and data minded with experience implementing tracking technology, integrating different software solutions, configuring Google Tag Manager and other tools, building customized reporting using blended data from multiple sources. You're always up-to-date with the latest SEM news and trends, and are obsessed with squeezing more juice out of the lemon via multi-variant testing, and you speak passionately when advising on strategic decisions like tROAS vs tCPA.
