Job Description

Small law office needs motivated paralegal. Experience preferred in wills and trust, probate,
estate planning, financial. Full time position in Anaheim. Entry level accepted. We are an old
school firm requiring old school talent. Probationary period. Team player is important. Pay based on experience.

File documents using State and Federal web sites and filing systems
Prepare answers and Discovery
Set, format and finalize pleadings
Set and notice depositions
Format motions for summary judgement
Prepare Probate forms
Prepare simple wills, powers of attorney and AHD
Finalize letters and filings
Set up case files and manage client database
Meet and confer with clients
Answer phones and manage client relationships in a professional manner
Manage attorney calender
Well organized and personal skills
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 25.00 35.00 Per Hour
