Job Description

Job Summary: The Part-Time Center Associate at The UPS Store #7743 will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with a variety of tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. This individual will work as part of a team to ensure efficient operations at the store and maintain a positive customer experience. This role will require strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. This is a "non-traditional" center located inside the Omni PGA Frisco Resort where customer service and hospitality are of utmost importance. Compensation & Benefits: The starting compensation for this position ranges from $14 to $15 per hour, paid biweekly. Additional $2/hour for hours worked on Saturday & Sunday. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process shipping and printing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Package and ship items using UPS or other carriers
• Operate printing and copying equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
• Promote UPS products and services to customers
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and cash handling
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
• Handle customer complaints and issues in a prompt and professional manner
• Attend training and educational programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Experience with shipping and printing services is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and comfort with technology
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Flexible availability, including weekends
