• Worksite Location: Sauk Centre, MN
• Compensation: $22.00 per hour

What you’ll do as a Data Entry Clerk:

• Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency, primarily in QuickBooks
• Scan and file bills as part of routine documentation
• Answer and direct phone calls, providing assistance or forwarding inquiries as needed.
• Greet and assist customers who come in to pay their storage unit bills, ensuring a friendly and professional interaction
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records, including filing and other administrative tasks

What you need to become a Data Entry Clerk:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
• Experience with data entry and strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills to handle heavy filing and administrative duties
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must be friendly and approachable
