Worksite Location: Sauk Centre, MN
Compensation: $22.00 per hour

What you’ll do as a Data Entry Clerk:

Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency, primarily in QuickBooks
Scan and file bills as part of routine documentation
Answer and direct phone calls, providing assistance or forwarding inquiries as needed.
Greet and assist customers who come in to pay their storage unit bills, ensuring a friendly and professional interaction
Maintain organized and up-to-date records, including filing and other administrative tasks

What you need to become a Data Entry Clerk:

Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
Experience with data entry and strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills to handle heavy filing and administrative duties
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must be friendly and approachable
