What You'll Be Doing

Business Support

• Craft polished memos, reports, and internal communications with a professional and creative touch.
• Prepare presentations and assist with financial data analysis.
• Provide basic tech support for the CEO's devices and software.
• Organize and maintain storage of administrative tasks such as leases, insurance, and other essential documents.

Personal Assistance

• Manage the CEO's calendar and coordinate personal appointments with excellent scheduling skills.
• Take care of errands, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and scheduling personal appointments.
• Write professional communications for personal projects and errands on behalf of the CEO.
• Assist with caring for the CEO's beloved dogs, including grooming and vet appointments.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creativity and professionalism.
• Tech-savvy and skilled in troubleshooting basic device and software issues.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
• Reliable transportation for errands.
• Notary License (preferred).
• Must be located in Naples
