We are seeking a highly proactive, and dependable Personal Assistant to support As a Personal Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that schedules, communications, and tasks are managed efficiently and effectively. Must have a car. Hours - evening and weekends. This a short term position with the opportunity to become a long term position Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact, managing correspondence
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Conduct research and provide summaries or recommendations when needed.
• Manage personal errands, purchases, and ad hoc tasks.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a dynamic workload.
• Must be able to drive and have a car
