POSITION:

Parts Manager

COMPANY PROFILE:

With an extensive amount of experience and history in the Ag Equipment business, our client has made a name for themselves. Now you can be part of this growing team as they are looking for an individual who has a passion for agriculture and ag equipment, to serve their patrons in the Parts Department in the Sioux Falls, SD area.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Oversee Parts operations.
• Meet sales goals.
• Assist customers as needed.
• Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and retaining parts team.
• Communicate with other departments.
• Assist with inventory management.

Job Requirements

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Ag or farming Experience.
• Parts / Sales Experience a must.
• Supervisory or management experience – preferred.
