Your Mission: Making a Difference in Patients' Lives
As a PCA, you'll play a vital role in promoting a safe and caring environment for patients. Under the guidance of an RN, you'll assist patients with daily living needs, monitor vital signs, perform EKGs, and respond to patient requests with compassion and respect. You'll be an essential member of the healthcare team, contributing to the delivery of outstanding patient care.
Assist patients with activities of daily living.
Monitor and record vital signs.
Perform EKGs.
Respond promptly and respectfully to patient requests.
Maintain patient confidentiality.
Ensure patient safety.

Your Toolkit: Skills and Qualifications
Recent experience and/or training in clinical patient care is required.
Licensure or certification as a Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, Mental Health Technician, or EMT is preferred.
Enrollment in a related program (Nursing, Pre-Med, PA) with completed patient care rotations is also preferred.
Effective customer service orientation.
Ability to interact respectfully with diverse groups of patients, staff, and providers.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
