Remote – Ability to work regularly on PST or CST business hours
RankPay is looking for a pay-per-click advertising specialist to join our digital marketing team on a part-time contractor (1099) basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrive behind the scene executing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, optimizing them on a regular basis, stewarding budgets, running controlled experiments, and focusing on generating strong ROI for clients in a variety of industries with a varying range of ad spend budgets.
You’ll work directly with our Senior PPC Manager and Account Strategists to ensure cohesive efforts, and that paid media campaigns are tied into overall marketing goals for each of our clients you’re assigned to.
Create, optimize, and manage Google Ad, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ad campaigns.
Maintain and troubleshoot these paid media accounts to ensure ongoing performance.
Make targeted recommendations on a regular basis for each account to be considered by Account Strategists.
Regularly report on overall health and performance of campaigns and accounts.
Coordinate with Account Strategists both proactively and reactively when necessary.
Collaborate in Asana and Telegram with internal team members and participate in 1-2 Google Meet calls per week (on camera).
2+ years of experience working in Google Ads
2+ years of experience working in Meta Ads
Strong working knowledge of conversion tracking setup / troubleshooting
Strong working knowledge of marketing jargon related to PPC account performance
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written communication and ability to coordinate with team members
Self-motivated and capable of independently managing assigned tasks with minimal oversight
Based in or available to work during PST or CST business hours
Experience with LinkedIn Ads
Experience with TikTok Ads
Work from anywhere (fully distributed team)
Exposure to multiple ecommerce brands and platforms
Room for advancement into account management for high performers
